Oath taking of judge of the Unified Patent Court Judge Andrea Postiglione took his oath in Milan on 21 June 2024 According to Article 6 UPC Statute and Article 25 of the Service Regulations, judges shall take an oath in open court before taking up their duties. Mr Andrea Postiglione took oath before the Presiding judge of local division Milan, Mr Pierluigi Perrotti, on 21 June 2024.
