Information from the Registrar The Registrar of the Court hereby provides information on most commonly identified issues regarding the Sunrise functionalities of the Court’s CMS We are now 3 weeks into the Sunrise period and we are all, staff of the Court and users alike, making our first experiences with the live version of the Court’s Case Management System (CMS). Up until the 23 March 2023, we have received approximately 1500 applications to register as a representative before the Court and approximately 1800 opt-out applications. On occasions, we experience technical difficulties. When that happens we work hard to solve them as soon as possible in order to limit any inconvenience they may cause. Our ambition is always to be transparent and informative. However sometimes this is a challenge due to our limited resources and the need for us to react swiftly. Our Service desk receives a large number of inquiries. In case they are of a technical nature, they are forwarded to the UPC IT department. In case they are process-related it falls to the clerks of the Registry to respond. Due to the current high workload it is difficult to respond to all individual questions as quickly as we would have liked. I am therefore summing up in the document below the most commonly addressed issues. In addition, I include therein important information from the Registry team on a couple of topics identified by us.
