UPC Central Division Section Munich welcomed participants of a judicial internship at the EPO UPC Central Division Section Munich received judges who were taking part in a two-week internship at the EPO On Monday, 24 June 2024, judges from five countries who were taking part in a two-week internship at the EPO visited the Central Division Section Munich. They were welcomed by the Legally Qualified Judge András Kupecz; Presiding Judge Ulrike Voß was connected online. The group of visitors was given an overview of the (internal) responsibilities of the UPC and the proceedings before the UPC, with a focus on the working methods and initial experiences of the Central Division Munich Section. There was also a lively exchange on the UPC's relationship with the EPO and the European Court of Justice. The visit was rounded off with a visit to a meeting room of the Central Division.
