Oath taking of judges of the Unified Patent Court Judges of the UPC took their oath in Mannheim and Munich on 3 and 6 June 2024 According to Article 6 UPC Statute and Article 25 of the Service Regulations, judges shall take an oath in open court before taking up their duties. Mr Dirk Böttcher took oath before the Presiding judge of local division Mannheim, Mr Peter Tochtermann, on 3 June 2024.Mr Daniel Voß took oath before the Presiding judge of local division Munich, Mr Matthias Zigann, on 6 June 2024.
