Following decision of the Administrative Committee dated 6 May 2024, the Court is pleased to announce the upcoming appointment of Mr Andrea Postiglione, Ms Anna-Lena Klein and Ms Marije Knijff as judges of the future section of the central division in Milan, due to open its door on 26 June 2024. 

In addition, and following the news published regarding the appointment of further judges to local division Munich and local division Mannheim, the Court is pleased to announce the following panel compositions:

At local division Munich, following the appointment of Ms Ulrike Voβ and Mr Daniel Voβ, an additional panel has been formed:  

• Panel 1, composed by Mr Matthias Zigann, Presiding judge and Mr Tobias Pichlmaier, Judge;   
• Panel 2 composed of Ms Ulrike Voβ, Presiding judge and Mr Daniel Voβ, Judge.

As to the local division Mannheim, following the appointment of Mr Böttcher, the panel presided by Mr Tochtermann can take two compositions:

• Mr Peter Tochtermann, Presiding judge and Mr Holger Kircher, Judge;
• Mr Peter Tochtermann, Presiding judge and Mr Dirk Böttcher, Judge.
