Please note that when you file an application as a related proceeding in an already existing "main action", e.g. an infringement action, you should be aware that this application will be automatically notified by the CMS and immediately visible to the defendant. 

Should this be undesirable, you would have the option to file a stand-alone application for provisional measures.
