Adjustments in percentages of working time at the CFI Adjustments in percentages of working time at the CFI as from September 2024 In response to the evolving caseload at the CFI, the Presidium of the UPC has decided to adjust the working time of certain part-time judges as from September 2024. Judges at the following divisions of the Court of First Instance will be increased in the coming months: Nordic-Baltic Regional Division, Hamburg Local Division and Ljubljana Local Division. The working capacity at the Court of Appeal has concurrently been also adapted.
