Oath taking of newly appointed legally qualified judges Oath taking of newly appointed qualified judge will take place at Central Division Milan (IT) on 1 July 2024 Following the decision of the Administrative Committee dated 6 May 2024, Ms Anna-Lena Klein and Ms Marije Knijff will be appointed as legally qualified judges at the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Before taking up their duties, they shall take an oath in open court, in accordance with Article 6 of the Statute of the UPC.Ms Anna-Lena Klein and Ms Marije Knijff will take their oath in open court session before the Presiding judge of the Milan central division, Mr Andrea Postiglione, on 1 July 2024 at 9:30 at the premises of UPC, Via San Barnaba 50, 20122, Milan, Italy.
