1. Die Frist zur Einreichung einer Duplik läuft erst ab demjenigen Zeitpunkt, in dem den Beklagten eine vollständig ungeschwärzte Replik zugestellt worden ist. 2. Der Lauf der Schriftsatzfristen betreffend die Nichtigkeitswiderklage und betreffend die (Hilfs-)Anträge auf Änderung des Patents bleibt hiervon unberührt.

1. The time limit for lodging a rejoinder to the reply to the statement of defence shall not begin to run until the defendant has been served with a fully unredacted reply to the statement of defence. 2. The time limits for filing pleadings relating to the counterclaim for revocation and relating to (auxiliary) applications to amend the patent shall remain unaffected by this.
