The registration as representative etc. must be done (as it’s the first time you enter in the system). 14.2 Connected to the question directly above this, if I need to re-register an account on 1 March 2023 will my previous account be automatically deleted? Yes, all the accounts will be deleted and the database will be cleaned. The system will starts on 1 March with a complete “empty” database. Only the data linked to the system configuration will be kept. 14.3 Will the CMS have the functionality of sending an email to the account holder’s email address when a new action is received in the CMS? Yes, the CMS will issue mail notification with some information such when a new case has been created / stored in the CMS and to alert the user to connect on his/her CMS account to get more details on a proceeding. 14.4 In the old secure version of the CMS it was possible to upload non signed pdfs. Will that be the case in the new version? A signature must be provided, so that it can be checked in the current version of the CMS. 14.5 Will there be updated versions of the templates when the CMS goes live (e.g. the opt out application form or the mandate) or are the versions dated 7 March 2022 the final versions? There are currently no plans to modify the template. The only expected “modification” is related to the translation.
