Full Bio Udo Matter has been appointed to the Unified Patent Court in September 2023. His technical focus is in electronics, especially telecommunications, and in physics. Professional Experience in Intellectual Property Udo Matter joined the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA) in 2002, where he worked as a patent examiner, group leader and deputy head of a patent division (main emphasis: electrical engineering and medical technology).
