Court Court of First Instance Judge Full Bio Mojca Mlakar's professional path in judicial matters started with traineeship of two years in accordance with the Lawyers' State Examination Act. After her Bar Exam, Mojca was a Judicial Expert in the field of Commercial and Company Law for almost three years. Her position of a Senior Judicial Adviser at The Supreme Court of Republic of Slovenia focused on participation at (plenary) sessions of the Commercial Division and writing the draft judgments in matters of Intellectual Property Law. Three years later she was elected as County Court Judge. She was a part of Civil Department and dealt with Civil Law cases. Later on Mojca was appointed to the District Court of Ljubljana as a District Court Judge. The latter has exclusive jurisdiction over cases dealing with Intellectual Property Law at first instance. She was specialized in the field of Intellectual Property Law and Competition Law. For three years she was also the President of The Copyright Board. Currently, Mojca is a Higher Court Judge at Administrative Court of the Republic of Slovenia.
