Professional Experience in Intellectual PropertyMarie-Paule is working in a large variety of technical fields.For 32 years she has been counselling clients and IP managers, in all aspect of patent : drafting, prosecution, validity and infringement analysis, opposition, hearing at the EPO, before the opposition division and Board of Appeal.She has had numerous opportunities to counsel and defend clients in contentious matter in Belgium and France, also in collaboration with Belgian lawyers.She has been appointed, in Belgium, as technical expert in infringement litigations and as expert carrying out « descriptive seizure ».After having worked in private practice and industry, Marie-Paule Vandeberg has created her own structure, MPV PATENT.
